Vegan

does anybody know what it means if you get bloated after eating just about anything. no matter if it’s small meals or big meals. I’ve been vegan for about a year now and I notice whenever I eat legumes, mushrooms, garlic, onions, potatoes and certain fruits I get bloated after and I hate it. it’s frustrating cause I feel like the antibiotics I’ve took a year ago messed up my digestive tract or something cause I never had this problem before it idk, any advice what i should do?

Anyone try a diet that has worked really well to minimize symptoms? 😋Particularly joint pain and amps. I was full plant based vegan for 4 years. 1 of those years I was gluten free vegan and 1 year I was full raw vegan. I eat really healthy but no specific regimen, I’ve been hearing a lot about celery 🧃 any significant help with that?!

hey! my name’s Brit and I’m having trouble staying awake. I have school work to do but I feel so lethargic. I’m vegan so I weighed that out first but I’ve been vegan for six years and it hasn’t been this bad. I need some help plzzz.

I feel like I've tried everything, but nothing works! I have an allergic reaction (itchy red dots) to every single shampoo and conditioner I have ever used. Medical, all natural, Salon grade, vegan, and the list goes on. Body wash? totally fine. But anywhere my hair touches my back after being washed or where the shampoo/conditioner hits during the rinse is effected. Anyone have any ideas? I've been dealing with this for 7 years and I'm so tired of being itchy.
