Muscle relaxers

Does anyone here have TMJ/D? The pain is becoming absolutely unbearable. I apply alternating heat and ice, attach lidocaine patches, take a muscle relaxer, Ibuprofen, sometimes even a little THC, and I’m still in excruciating pain with all of that combined. This isn’t sustainable, but I don’t know how else to function.

What type of epsom salt is best for endometriosis/cramps? Lavender? Muscle relaxer? Others?

feeling crappy. muscle relaxer, lidocaine cream, 2 pain pills, neck brace, and infusion and I'm still in pain and crying... this is why you can't leave a chronic pain patient on the same pain med at the same dose for 11 years and expect it to still work.

I was wondering why I was feeling so terrible, just started my period...I can never tell when it’s coming because PCOS. I’m having the worst cramping in a long time...guess I’m busting out the muscle relaxers. Anyone have any tips for extreme cramps?
