Garlic
Treatment
Garlic is an edible bulb in the lily family, and it has a rich history of being used in many parts of the world, including by the Romans. Nowadays, garlic is still a culinary staple, and it continues to be a popular supplement too. People often use garlic during cold and flu season, and to help with high cholesterol, high blood pressure, heart disease, chronic fatigue syndrome, asthma, and stress. People also turn to it to treat fungal and bacterial infections, in an attempt to prevent cancer, and to repel ticks. We’ll stop there—honestly, garlic is used for way too many things to count!
