If you've been following #celeryjuice on Insta, you know there are a lot of amazing claims for its benefits. Celebs and some with invisible illnesses say 16 glasses of the fresh green stuff every morning helps with everything from bloating to high blood pressure to autoimmune conditions. This recipe, by the way, comes from the Medical Medium, an author and lay healer named Anthony William, but it’s apparently been around for decades. Yep, celery juice is a bona-fide grassroots movement in alt health circles. Proponents say you should drink your morning celery juice straight, adding in other ingredients (bananas, kale) later if you choose. Oh, and it's best on an empty stomach!
