Super excited to have started my bone broth cleanse today! But also wondering thoughts on raw milk? This has been so helpful for me years ago, but now a bit concerned about the inflammation / dairy aspect. Would love to hear if it’s helped you! It’s incredibly healing

CALLING ALL WANA frans: I am starting a bone broth cleanse on Monday in hopes of giving my GI system a break, reboot my immune system, reduce some inflammation and get that glowing skin from all the collagen. WHO IS JOINING ME?

Has anyone does a bone broth fast / cleanse? How did you feel after completing it?

Whenever I drink alcohol, I like to drink homemade bone broth before I go to bed and it helps my hangover so much the next morning. If anyone is interested I will post my recipe!

Day 3 BONE BROTH CLEANSE: my body feels good, I miss chewing things, skin is glowing, and for once not bloated. Surprisingly not tired, I’ve been using mct oil in my coffee for energy 😈! ⚪️How’s everyone’s bellies doing this week? ⚪️
