does anyone know how to stop the shaking from lorazepam?

Been having crazy chest pain/discomfort. I went to the ER last week because the school nurse told me to and they said it was just anxiety and gave me lorazepam which kinda helps. Hurts to breathe sometimes though still. It could be anxiety but it’s only manifesting physically, does anyone have experience with this?

Had a really bad morning. Had a really bad nightmare and woke up in a flashback and not able to move. Had a panic attack and had to take an Ativan. And now I’m just drugged but still get the urge to cry randomly and I’m really dissociative.

So i woke up but im still really tired. I took an Ativan last night cause my mom made me due to my anxiety. it really calmed me down but im not sure its fully out of my system yet. how long does something like that usually stay in the body?

I use Ativan for extreme panic attacks every so often as needed and it’s always worked. But the last two times I took it, it made it worse and it scared me so badly. I don’t know why it would stop working like that when I don’t have a tolerance! Ideas?
