Restless legs syndrome (RLS)

Any body have good suggestions for a supplement or vitamin that has helped them with their restless leg syndrome? I already take Magnesium and Gabapentin for them but they have been horrible lately due to some changes my doctor made in some of my other meds. My typical go to for helping them is extra magnesium, but nothing is helping! 😢

Hey I’m new here. I was diagnosed with Narcolepsy and Restless Leg Syndrome earlier last year. I noticed under diagnosis they didn’t have any sleep disorders listed, so curious if anyone here struggles with any Sleep Disorders?

I’ve been pretty depressed for the last couple months. I have restless leg syndrome, which sounds fake but I swear it’s not, and that’s rough. In the past 2 weeks my medication for it hasn’t really been working, I’ve been waking up in the middle of the night most nights. And my neck hurts man.

Anyone deal with restless leg syndrome? Any info about what it’s like and how to alleviate it is greatly appreciated!!

I’ve been trying to change my sleep schedule so I can wake up earlier. sometimes I’ll end up with restless leg syndrome instead :( any tips? coffee has been helping a bit but I’m willing to try anything!💤💤
