Paranoia

I feel like my Anxiety Disorder is just going crazy! Work has been so busy and theyre putting so much on us that I’ve barely been sleeping and I feel just so paranoid with the whole Covid-19 situation. My anxiety has just been so bad that it seems like it’s getting worst everyday. How are you guys with Anxiety dealing with life?

Hi everyone. I'm new to this app and struggle with social anxiety, insomnia, and paranoia. I frequently go into destructive depressive episodes and need to find new ways to cope with myself. I suffer from trichotillomania, a hair pulling disease, and it's really only drained whatever confidence I have left in myself but I feel as if it's the only thing that gives me temporarily relief. Thank you for reading this, it just feels nice to share.

I’m suffering bad guys. I have my period and I’m feeling twice as paranoid. Having horrible thoughts, can’t breathe, I’m in a ball crying. I know I have a hormonal imbalance and I’m curious if my period is making this worse, I’m sweating I feel like I have a fever. Legit feels like I’m dying. Meds aren’t even working right now.

How did you know you had CFS? I’ve been feeling so exhausted lately and I think it’s a side effect of taking Zoloft but with being around so many doctors lately I’m paranoid that I’m going to be diagnosed with another life long condition.

I just got off the phone with my fiance and my mood just dropped dramatically. I am having so many paranoid thoughts and I could use a distraction. My depression is intensifying and I am having flashbacks.
