Menstrual cramps

If anyone has tips or anything on how to calm extremely painful cramps tell me please because I have been laying in bed all day because moving just worsens it please tell me some easy and helpful tips

Because of mast cell activation syndrome I can’t take NSAIDs. Which left me with few pain relief options for period cramps. Unfortunately I even became sensitive to all the herbs that helped. So CBD was the only thing that helped. My doctor recommended Benadryl for cramps, and it works! I thought I would share in case anyone is in a similar place.

I’m twenty-three, FTM Transgender, and I’ve noticed that my period cramps have been horrible some months or when I don’t get my monthly cycle on time. My cycle is usually pretty heavy and I feel like fainting whenever that happens. I know for a fact that I have Endometriosis but everybody dismisses it.
