Dry cough

So I struggle with anxiety it got worse fall of 20192019 and I've had progress with it/meds but as of last week my anxiety is back with anxious feelings,chest jolts,and major fatigue. I also had some congestion when I wake up as well as clogged ears,and a slight dry cough as well as little appetite. I talked to a nurse and she told me not to be worried. I worry about getting the virus and becoming deathly ill even though I am a healthy 25 year old.
