Carnivore Diet

Has anyone tried the carnivore diet? I’m a plant based guy myself, but I’ve heard amazing things... I can’t imagine myself eating only 🍖 🥩 😂

hey friends, 1) do you know of anyone who has successfully sent lyme/coinfections into remission? 2) what was their most effective approach? i just spoke with a friend who did 3+ months of strict carnivore diet and apparently that knocked it out, after years of fighting lyme thanks and best of luck to you all

I’ve been hearing a lot lately about the carnivore diet and how it can help heal many issues. It makes sense to me from a Keto perspective but I can’t imagine eating meat only. I’m willing to try it though! Who is on a carnivore diet and has it helped your symptoms of brain fog, gut issues, inflammation, allergies etc heal?

Anybody try the carnivore diet to help with chronic pain and illness? One of my symptoms is chronic foot pain. I’ve been on the AIP diet and didn’t seem to help. However, when I experimented briefly with the carnivore diet my foot pain improved. Now I plan to do the carnivore diet more seriously.
