Temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ)

I think I just randomly developed TMJ, I’ve never had it before. It started a few weeks ago and it’s really bad today. For those of you who have it, what kind of dr do you see for it (if you see one)? What treatments help?

TMJ? Does anyone here have EDS and TMJ? I never considered that TMJ/D could be a sign of EDS but apparently it is in some cases

Looking for advice on a doctor/specialist for TMJ. Between Chronic Lyme and a bad ear infection last week, my anxiety caused me to develop TMJ. I followed up with my ENT about the ear infection yesterday and he believes that is gone but I have TMJ. I'm in alot of pain. Do you see a neurologist? dentist? etc. Thank you ❤️

While my TMJ has gotten better over the past month with physical therapy, the tinnitus has gotten progressively worse and my doctors don’t understand why. We’ve tried almost everything and I’m starting to lose hope that I’ll ever get better. How you stay positive knowing that your condition can only get worse from here?

I’ve started seeing a chiropractor for my tinnitus and TMJ. They think that one of my cervical vertebrae could be pressing on a nerve bundle that’s connected to the vestibular nerve. I really hope it helps because I don’t know what I’ll do if it doesn’t. I’m running of motivation for these things.
