Sleep apnea

Several doctors suspect I have a sleep disorder (I have trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, can’t sleep until the morning hours, and have occasional episodes of sleep apnea and sleep paralysis). Unfortunately, my insurance doesn’t cover a sleep study, so I just take a muscle relaxant every night to help me sleep. Any sleeping tips? 😴

I had an anxiety attack while getting ready for an important job interview. All because I of my sleep apnea. I was able to reschedule it, but I still feel like a failure for freaking out.

Question to those of us with sleep apnea, I live in Wisconsin and it’s now cold outside and dry in my house, so my humidity is at a 5, am I the only one that has to do this? When the air was on I had my humidity at a 3.

Anyone suffered from debilitating fatigue that affected many parts of your life and find a way to improve? Mine has never been so bad as it has for the last few years. I have fibromyalgia, anemia and am obese, and only mild sleep apnea. Yet even after 8 hours of sleep, I’m heavily exhausted, and I hit the couch and could sleep the whole day away. Help if you have advice. I wonder if it could be a reaction to Lithium?
