I did a teledoc appointment today for an assumed sinus infection and got the "you're too young" speech literally everyone with chronic pain has gotten because I told him I take metoprolol for POTs. He was a nice guy but he said something like "at 24, you should be active and healthy"...like thanks I needed a little trauma on my lunch break

Had a pretty bad allergic reaction to doxycycline for a sinus infection - prickling/itching, tingling and numbness all over, fever, burning throat... it also brought on my weird neuro symptoms so much more. Would this be an indication I would want to get tested for Lyme? I have a mold toxicity but haven’t done the igenex test yet due to cost.

Any tips on how to get rid of a sinus headache, tension headache, or migraine? I have chronic migraines and chronic sinusitis, so it’s not new to me, but I’m on day 3 of this and nothing seems to be soothing it. It started off as a sinus headache, then became a migraine and now my sinuses hurt but it’s a mixed tension migraine.Thanks for your help!

hey everybody out there, I’m new. I was thrilled that there’s a nonbinary gender option, and that diagnoses like interstitial cystitis and the MTHFR mutation are here. I’ve been struggling with a variety of mental and physical health challenges over the past 5 years in particular. I started off 2020 feeling the best I can remember feeling... now I’m at a low, low point. Not only have I experienced flare ups of my IC, abdominal discomfort, and musculoskeletal pain... I’ve also been very sick with what might be COVID-19... perhaps it’s chronic sinusitis or something else, but it’s been very strange. And my depression and anxiety have been difficult to manage. I’m worried that I’ll have yet another chronic health issue to grapple with for years to come, and I’m angry that I was doing so well only to have the rug pulled out from under me. Anyone else experiencing this type of health-related grief?

Has anyone used chiropractic means/seeing a chiropractor to deal with sinusitis and chronic sinus conditions related to mold/allergies? I was looking for a CranioSacral therapist near me and found one who’s also a chiropractor— his website blew me away when it talked about chiropractors being able to work wonders for drainage issues. Intrigued!

hey guys! my boyfriend has been experiencing vertigo & weak legs for a few months now with no known cause. at first we thought it was due to sinusitis, but his sinus x-rays came back clear. anyone struggling with vertigo for a random reason and willing to share? we’ve been looking into everything, so any leads would be much appreciated 💗💗
