Hi, everyone! Endo babe here 💕 I’m starting PT for pelvic floor dysfunction and getting my laparoscopy soon. Super nervous. Any tips for either?

Looking for others who also suffer from pelvic floor dysfunction to bond with. Its a really lonely and isolating thing to go through

I recently visited a urology office, where the PA I saw talked to me for a few minutes, then told me I had pelvic floor dysfunction. I have none of the symptoms and she didn’t do any testing. Have any of you guys ever gotten such a blatant misdiagnosis?

Hey y’all! I’ve got pelvic problems galore (painful bladder syndrome, vulvadynia, general pelvic floor dysfunction) and I am really struggling with painful urination. Anybody got tips??

Dealing with endometriosis and pelvic floor dysfunction while being a music student is hard. There are days when I don’t want to move my body but in order to sing, I have to. It’s a constant battle. I just had a voice lesson and I am beyond thankful for my coach. She works with me to become a better musician. She helps me work around the pain. Nothing is impossible. It’s just a little harder.
