I’m realizing that humidity is a major trigger for my osteoarthritis. I was just in nyc where it was cold but dry and I had surprisingly little pain in my knees. Now that I’m back in Arkansas it’s so humid that I’m in immense pain. After school I guess I’ll just move somewhere dry!
