So for those of you diagnosed with POTS, how long did it take you to get diagnosed? And what type of testing was used to diagnose you? I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow. Many symptoms I thought were normal or just quirks, or related to my Narcolepsy are not, and actually symptoms of POTS. Curious about your experiences?

Hi all. I just joined. I’m going through a tough bout of anxiety and depression. I am unemployed and not searching while going through this. I also suffer from a sleep disorder similar to narcolepsy. So I’m always tired have no motivation and am constantly anxious. I’m trying to get going with a new therapist. I’m really hoping to find support here. Talking definitely helps me.

Hey I’m new here. I was diagnosed with Narcolepsy and Restless Leg Syndrome earlier last year. I noticed under diagnosis they didn’t have any sleep disorders listed, so curious if anyone here struggles with any Sleep Disorders?
