Dealing with a flare up of Ménière’s disease and I’m so frustrated. Not sure what’s the flare and what are side effects from the meds I’m taking for it but it’s been a tough couple of weeks. When I’m not in a flare, my usual self care is hiking and soccer and right now I can’t do either.
