Hi just joined this! I got sick a few months into college 6 years ago. Nothing was wrong with my health up until this point. Since this time I am developing more and more intolerances to foods and warm temps, POTS, severe migraines, Graves’ disease, reactive hypoglycemia, tingling/ numbness, neuropathic pains... looking for a root cause

I am wanting to get a service dog for pots and hypoglycemia but have no idea where to start. I also have a dog that learns fast but is very small and would be open to training him. help?

Does anyone else get hypoglycemic due to stomach conditions? Seems like I get it 4-5 times a day

anyone know how u could have possibly got hypoglycemia out of no where im 30 and I’m from Texas and I don’t even know how to treat that or what need for it anyone know
