I ran out of trazodone a couple nights ago, which I use to help me sleep. I’ve slept maybe 6 hours in the last two days. It’s been tough. It sucks to be reliant on a med like this, but it is the Only thing that helps. I’ve tried melatonin, herbs, over the counter sleep aids, meditation, essential oils... none of it works. Let’s hope I can sleep decently tonight, and my prescription is filled tomorrow.
