I need to see my Cardiologist and I'm worried my heart is going to be worse. Because of having congenital heart disease exercise is super important for me. But in the last year, I went from very mild ME/CFS to moderate/ severe so exercise is not possible anymore. I worry that my heart is going to be doing poorly because I am sedentary for the first time in my life. If you were/are in the same place, did being sedentary really affect your heart?
